Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your Bloxflip account at any time by contacting our support team. Any withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures, provided your account is in good standing and fully verified.
Bloxflip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the event of a verified breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, provision of false registration information, or any other conduct that Bloxflip determines to be harmful to the platform or its users.
In cases of account closure due to verified rule violations, Bloxflip may withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation or in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
